Wendy has been an active resident of Millburn for over two decades and is well known as a great neighbor in the South Mountain area. She has served on various executive boards for civic groups including the League of Women Voters, Millburn Environmental Commission, Millburn Historical Society, Wyoming Elementary School, Millburn Middle School and Millburn High School

A graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, Wendy worked in the financial field before becoming a Realtor. She managed the fixed income department of a retail brokerage firm, directing sales, marketing and trading activity. She has an analytical nature and enjoys working with people on a daily basis.
Soon after joining Burgdorff Realtors in 1992, Wendy quickly went on to establish herself as one of the Short Hills Office's top producers. She was recognized by the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club at the Bronze Level in 1994, '95 and '99; the Silver Level in 1996, '97 and 2000. She has qualified for the distinguished Burgdorff ERA Leader's Circle in 1996-'98 and 2000 for ranking among the top 10% of over 28,000 ERA sales agents worldwide. She was named to the Burgdorff ERA President's Club in 1995 and 1999 for her outstanding sales record. She has been a member of the prestigious Burgdorff ERA President's Council in both 2001 and 2003. She recently lead the Burgdorff Short Hills office, now Coldwell Banker, in Listings Sales (according to GSMLS).
She knows the school system well since both of her children attended the local public schools and are graduates of Millburn High School. She and her husband Chris, a referral associate of Towne Realty Group, are well known and well liked in the community and are often seen walking their Black Portuguese Water Dog Bailey around town.
